If you are focused more on visuals don't worry about it, otherwise a set of exceptional or flawless quality armor can bump up a stat to the next tier bonus. The other focus on armors should be the stat points they provide, and how it fits into your attribute build. So unless you are going into the heat stroke areas, virtually any armor is fine.
